The Client
Our client, an International Law Firm are looking for an Immigration Paralegal to join their team in their London office.
The firm are looking to bring someone on who has a keen interest in Immigration, on a permanent contract
The Role
The role will involve supporting Senior Solicitors and Partners on a Immigration matters including:
• Tier 1 (Entrepreneur), Tier 1 (General), Tier 2 (General), Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) Tier 4 (Student) and Tier 5 (Youth Mobility Scheme) visa applications;
• Spouse / unmarried partner / fiancée visa applications (Entry Clearance and Further Leave to Remain);
• Indefinite Leave to Remain applications;
• EU applications (Family Permits, Residence Cards and Permanent Residence) and
• British Citizenship applications for adults and children.
The Requirements
- 6+ months' Tier 2 Immigration experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Law degree (ideally 2.1)
