A highly regarded Law firm based in the Reading is looking to recruit for its Banking Team. Skills and Responsibilities
- Associate or Senior Associate
- At least 4 years PQE
- Ability to offer solid general banking experience with particular acquisition finance experience
- Used to drafting and negotiating LMA facility documentation and taking the lead on transactions
- Ability to act for borrowers, lenders and investors
- Ability to demonstrate a practical understanding of the needs of all parties to a financing transaction
- Ability to work closely with some of the UK’s major banks and financial institutions
- Ability to ensure a smooth and cohesive process, enabling clients to continue to focus on building their relationships and running their business
- The successful candidate will be joining a Chambers recognised team, recommended by clients as “commercial and results driven”
