You will provide strategic and technical advice regarding current and incoming EU regulations which will effect the equities team, including MiFID II, EMIR, Benchmark Regulation, Securities Financing Transaction Regulation, PRIIPS Regulation and BRRD. You will liaise with the regulatory implementation teams , project managers and external advisors.
You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 5PQE+, who has trained with a top city law firm. With excellent communication and technical skills, you will have gained experience focusing on regulatory issues within an equities business contexts.
You will be working within a highly respected legal team, providing you with great visibility to both senior lawyer and the business. You will gain experience in a wide range of EU regulations, and be required to attend relevant industry working group.
