Our client ranked in the legal 500 is seeking to appoint a corporate solicitor to work alongside their experienced and highly reputable partner.

You will be a corporate/commercial solicitor around NQ – 5 years PQE. You will be involved in undertaking all aspects of commercial work and corporate transactional work to include; Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Disposals, MBOs and MBIs along with Commercial Contracts on behalf of major banks, accountants and corporate finance advisers.

This is a progressive niche law firm offering flexibility, good quality work and the ability to progress to senior level relatively quickly. The firm are offering a competitive salary.
