Tax Advisor/Solicitor

Are you a Tax Solicitor or Tax advisor looking for a unique and rare opportunity with a progressive law firm?

Our client is seeking to appoint a Tax Solicitor or Tax Advisor to join their reputable Tax division. The role will be to advise on estate planning, succession and asset preservation for owner managed businesses and high net worth clients alongside the tax partner.

The role is perfect for somebody looking to develop their skill set in a forward thinking and dynamic law firm which offers its employees clear progression prospects and a collaborative working environment.

You will work closely with the Tax Partner to provide advice on inheritance tax planning and succession along with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and partnership agreements. You will also support the private client team providing tax advice along with networking with clients and third party introducers.

Ideally you will have experience as a Tax advisor within a law firm, STEP OR CTA and experience of planning and succession for agricultural clients as this would be a huge advantage.
