Description:

This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a global bank in London. This role will include advising on a range of commercial matters.

 

Key Commercial Contract Lawyer responsibilities:

 

  • Advising on a range of commercial and technology products
  • Managing legal agreements and disputes with the bank's digital, design and technology functions
  • Advising on commercial sponsorships and community investment
  • Support of global and multi-jurisdiction commercial legal matters

 

 

Key Skills:

 

As the Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you'll have 5-7PQE (however a different level of experience will be considered if you meet the required standards, the figure given is indicative) dealing with complex and in depth commercial matters. You will have strong technical experience within the commercial and technology field and be prepared to deal with a wide range of matters and stakeholders.
