PI Team Manager

Sue Ross Legal are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join our client’s Chesterfield based office. You will be working for a professional and friendly firm of Solicitors who have an excellent reputation.

The position is initially for a fixed period of 12 months but does have the potential to become a permanent role.

This role will see you managing, leading and monitoring a team of Fee Earners and support staff dealing with EL/PL/RTA cases.  You will be responsible for ensuring fee earners are adhering to KPIs and SLAs, departmental targets and industry guidelines and legislation.  You would also deal with complex queries from team members and clients.

We are looking for applications from candidates who are either Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or non-qualified Fee Earners who have extensive experience and knowledge of PI claims and CPR and litigation procedures. Previous experience of managing staff would be an advantage.

You should also have excellent client care skills, experience of business development and the ability to achieve and deliver business objectives.
