Our Client is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its legal team based in London

Client Details

Our Client is a High Profile Developer.

Description

In this role, the successful candidate will be tasked with drafting and negotiating a wide variety of property documents such as:

  • sale and purchase agreements,
  • Finance documentation,
  • development agreements,
  • licences to occupy,
  • leases,
  • easements,
  • as well as the renewal of environmental licences and permits.

    • More generally this candidate will be involved with the management and processing of both commercial and residential transactions as well as leasing and associated asset and estate management work.

    Profile

    The successful candidate is likely to be have at least two years of post qualification experience as a commercial property lawyer (previous in-house or secondment experience a bonus but applicants with only private practice experience are encouraged to apply). They will have experience of:

    • Residential, Commercial, Construction Transactions,
    • Real Estate Support to Corporate and Financial Transactions; and
    • Experience of drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements
