Immigration Paralegal

Our client, a recognised name rated in the Legal 500, is looking for an experienced and motivated paralegal to join their immigration team. They advise on all aspects of UK immigration law including the Points Based System as well as European law relating to the freedom of movement of EEA nationals and their dependants. The team work very closely with the private client practice and regularly advise high net worth individuals and their families in respect of their UK immigration position, in particular Tier 1 Investor and Tier 1 Entrepreneur. The practice also services a number of the firm's employer clients and regularly advises HR professionals in respect of the legalities of employing overseas nationals in the UK, sponsor licence applications and compliance, Tier 2 General and Tier 2 ICT.

This role will see the successful candidate supporting the Immigration team and will encompass a number of duties including; liaising with clients, drafting letters and applications and legal research. You must have a minimum of 12 months experience of assisting on immigration matters within a reputable law firm.
