Property Litigation Solicitor
The client is a leading regional practice seeking to recruit a property litigation solicitor to join their team. This firm has and established and successful commercial property team and require a proven property litigation lawyer to join the team.
The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant issues and development work. An ideal candidate will have a specialist property litigation background from a well known national or regional firm and experience across landlord and tenant litigation including business lease renewals, break notices, dilapidation claims, forfeiture, possession claims, service charge issues, and tenant default.
This role is ideally suited to candidate with at least 2 years post qualified specifically within Property Litigation. You will be required to manage your own caseload, so you will be comfortable developing client relationships. The work will be high level and rewarding and push a driven and ambitious property litigation lawyer to take on some complex work for a varied client based including property investors, occupiers and developers.
