Residential Conveyancing Lawyer sought within a CQS accredited team in Warwickshire.

The Role
An excellent opportunity has not arisen for a talented Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join a CQS accredited team based in Leamington Spa. Managing a full caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions, from instruction to post completion, the successful Lawyer will provide an efficient and bespoke service at all times. Areas may include: sales and purchases; shared ownership; lease extensions; equity release and; auction purchases. Our client is particularly keen to hear from Solicitors of Legal Executives with additional commercial property experience, however this is not an essential pre-requisite for the role. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent, able to handle residential property transactions from instruction to post completion;
You will have outstanding communication and client care skills;
Commercial Property experience is highly advantageous but not essential;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a flexible and detail orientated approach to your work.
