The company:
A leading global software and technology business has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join its growing and expanding team. The business sells software solutions to the insurance sector and is highly successful.
The Role:
This includes; work on a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts, leading on implementing relevant regulatory legislation to ensure full compliance, and liaising with non-UK legal teams and other senior staff within the organisation. Responsibilities will also include IP, data protection as well as non-core insurance legal work
About you:
- A qualified solicitor with circa 2-5 years' PQE
- Preferably some experience with IP, IT and data protection.
- Good law firm academics and credentials
- Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential
- Commercially focused with excellent communication skills
