CORPORATE ASSOCIATE - ELITE CITY FIRM
You will join a firm who uses commercial and innovative thinking to deliver a full range of legal solutions to its clients. You will be the trusted adviser to a number of clients who sit within the FTSE 100 and 200 businesses.
You will join their strong national corporate team and will advise across the full spectrum of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures and group restructurings. You will work side by side with the partners and directors across all corporate work-types, meaning you will have exposure to a broad range of high quality work.
Requirements
1-4 years PQE within a busy and well known corporate team.
