Due to increased workload, my client, a leading Southwest law firm have an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building skills with the ability to manage his/her own caseload effectively. Highly driven, enthusiastic, and commercially aware, the successful candidate will demonstrate a keen interest and aptitude for business development and marketing.
You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong general commercial property background, which should include Landlord and Tenant, Freehold and Leasehold, Acquisitions and Disposals, Finance and Investment Portfolios.
