The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their growing Dulwich, South London office.

Residential Property is a strength of the firm. They have an excellent reputation throughout Kent and London and have many incredibly strong relationships with top estate agents; most the work comes from referrals. You will manage your own high-quality caseload dealing with Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Remortgages and Transfers of equity.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer of Legal Executive with at least 6 months' fee earning experience in Residential Property
• You should have a positive can-do attitude and work well in a team
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• You should have a good eye for detail and be organised
• Salary is up to £40k, plus an excellent benefits package
