The firm is seeking a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their City of London office, based closed to London Bridge.
The Residential Property department deals with an excellent quality of work, the client base is broad but includes lots of investors, HNW individuals, business owners and entrepreneurs, but also standard private clients, it is this variety that makes for a much more interesting role. You will take over a caseload of; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Remortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Due to an influx of new work, the department is expanding meaning this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
- You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE
- You will have good experience of running your own Conveyancing caseload
- You should have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a top client service
- Strong technical knowledge is essential
- The salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, although up to £65k, plus excellent benefits
