The firm is recruiting for a new Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Ashford, Middlesex office.
The Commercial Property department is growing firm-wide. You will take over an existing caseload of high-quality work, working as part of a small property team. Your client base will mainly consist of SME, HNW individuals and some developers; work will include; Commercial leases, Development, Landlord & tenant, investment and sales, and purchases. You will have support from a Paralegal and Secretary.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
- You will have broad Commercial Property experience
- Experience of business development is to advantage
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
- Salary is above market rate, depending on your level of experience, you will also receive an industry leading bonus structure
