The firm is recruiting for a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner for their West End office, based close to Holborn.
The Commercial Property Department deals with a wide variety of work for local authorities, central Government, and some private clients. You will deal with a broad variety of work making for an interesting role, this will include; Redevelopment and regeneration work, Property aspects of major public sector transactions (including infrastructure), Compulsory purchase work, Development and Landlord and tenant.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression due to a department expansion and succession planning.
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
- Experience of dealing with a public-sector client base will be to advantage but is not essential
- You should have a good eye for detail and be organised
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional benefits package
