Are you a Contentious Probate Legal Executive (2+ years' experience) who would like to work for a forward-thinking, award-winning, Legal 500 firm based in South Essex?
The ideal candidate will be a driven Contentious Probate Legal Executive who is experienced in handling their own caseload, under minimal supervision.
As a Contentious Probate Legal Executive, you will be working alongside the firm’s expert Litigators and Private Client team, and will have dealt with a range of matters including Invalidity Claims, Inheritance Disputes and Trust, Property and Estate Claims. Experience, or an interest, in business development is essential as the firm places great importance on maintaining and building new relationships with clients.
