As a Licensed Conveyancer, you will be working within a busy and successful conveyancing business unit dealing with free hold and leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy transactions, new build transaction, transfer of equity and equity release. You will be expected to have at least 5 years’ conveyancing experience either as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer. You will also have the ability to manage a full and busy caseload from start to finish without supervision.
