6 Month FTC, High Level Corporate Paralegal at Off-shore Law Firm, To £30,000

Off-shore law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their Corporate department on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.  Duties will include preparing and drafting legal documentation for sign off by fee earners, assisting with the opening of new files, organising large volumes of documents as part of a transaction, proof reading documents, writing letters and emails to clients, attending seminars and in-house training sessions and conducting research for Partners and other fee earners.  This firm is looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a high level, where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement.  This position will be a very high level paralegal position and the firm is looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a high level, where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement.  Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 12 months, preferably from within a City law firm.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:00 - 17:30, however a flexible is needed.  There is a salary of up to £30,000 pro rata on offer.
