This is a NEW instruction for a Legal Executive to join the Residential Conveyancing department at a Legal 200 firm in Guildford.
In this position, you will be working as part of a team and taking on your own mixed caseload; sales & purchase, lease extensions and enfranchisement, transfer of equity, shared ownership and equity release. The department is CQS accredited so they ensure they provide high professional standards, as well as delivering excellent customer service.
You must have a minimum of 2 years' PQE, have experienced a full range of residential conveyancing matters, be keen to assist the partner (when necessary), and manage your own caseload.
