Childcare Solicitor - Children Panel

A well run and long established Liverpool law firm is seeking a family solicitor to take on a full caseload of publicly funded cases related to children.

The current Head of Department would like to bring a family solicitor into the firm who is a full children panel member. The role would involve managing your own caseload of childcare matters including adoption proceedings, care and supervision orders. You will have experience conducting advocacy up to final hearing, and in acting for parents and children in public law cases.

The salary is up to £40,000. For exceptional candidate our client might be willing to go beyond that.
