An exciting new instruction for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a well-regarded Legal 500 firm in the heart of Surrey.
The department is renowned for its commercial litigation expertise; in particular advising on product liability, professional negligence, financial services, construction, insolvency, and intellectual property disputes.
They are seeking to hire a dispute resolution solicitor at NQ - 1 YPQE to join the team and work with partners and associates on a wide range of disputes. You will have a varied personal caseload, acting for both commercial and private clients.
The successful dispute resolution solicitor will have 1 year’s experience in commercial litigation and dispute advisory matters, strong drafting and IT skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
