An established regional firm with an excellent reputation in Surrey are looking to recruit a Enfranchisement lawyer to join a growing team based in Guildford.
This role is with a full service commercial law firm that has over 40 Solicitors that are spread across a network of offices in Surrey. The firm are looking to recruit a specialist Enfranchisement lawyer to join a team of 3 to handle a rapidly growing case-load of work. The firm is building a strong reputation for Leasehold Enfranchisement work and they are currently very busy with good quality work. You will deal with your own case-load of leasehold reform work e.g. Enfranchisement and Lease Renewals under the LHRUDA 1993. You will also have an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities.
You will be a CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor with at least 6 months experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement (there is no upper limit in regards to experience). You will have had good experience of running your own case-load but will have support from the Partner in the team - a great opportunity for development and progression.
Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential. Salary is negotiable and depending on experience.
