Private Client Solicitor -Wills & Probate

A highly respected and successful firm based in Newcastle who serve clients throughout the UK require an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy Wills and Probate team.

The role requires a 3-8 year PQE Solicitor who is STEP qualified and has experience of preparing wills, dealing with the administration of estates, handling court of protection work and advising on trusts. The ability to handle a diverse caseload largely unsupervised is essential. The successful candidate must be willing to actively participate in business development and be able to demonstrate a history of strong financial performance.The role also requires somebody who can prioritise, cope under pressure and work to deadlines.
