Our client are a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley. Their offices in Reading are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join their expanding team based in Reading.
The Commercial Property group are chambers listed for their work so previous Commercial Property experience of work is essential.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
• Property Investment
• Sales and purchases
• Options
• Landlord and Tenant including lease negotiation; renewal; termination; restructuring and exit strategies and dilapidation issues
• Joint Ventures
• Property aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions
• Good negotiating skills.
The team of 4 is Partner lead with three other fee earners and two support staff In return this firm offer a genuine career path with excellent remuneration and package benefits.
