A great new role for a Private Client lawyer to take on an established caseload from a highly experienced lawyer who is taking a career break.
You will be the sole private client lawyer at a branch office in a market town with many HNW clients. Your caseload will encompass all aspects of Wills and Probate work including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, Court of Protection issues and advises on Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning.
STEP membership would be advantageous and if not already achieved, the firm would happily support these studies.
