Corporate/Commercial Associate (IT/Technology) 3+ PQE

This Top 50 City firm are seeking a 3+ PQE Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their London Practice, with a focus on IT/Technology matters.

The firm works with a broad range of industry sectors, including construction, education and health, leisure, charities, engineering and surveying, banking and financial services, and high net worth individuals.

The corporate department is an impressive and growing team, with a strong reputation for providing a versatile services to a range of clients.  The successful candidate can expect to advise clients on the broad range of Corporate and Commercial law work, including a focus on IT/Technology matters. In particular, it will interest a solicitor seeking a truly diverse role, with the opportunity to utilise and develop a wide breadth of legal skills.

The role will involve advising on matters such as corporate restructuring, joint ventures and shareholders' agreements, general commercial contracts, contracts for the supply, support and maintenance of IT systems (acting for both buyers and suppliers), confidentiality and data protection, in addition to actively participating in other firm-wide activities, such as marketing initiatives, training and development of junior legal staff etc.

You will have an excellent academic record, and will have gained strong experience within a top City firm.  You should have gained at least 3 years’ post qualification experience to be considered for this role.  Candidates with an excellent commercial awareness, in addition to a pro-active, hard-working and flexible approach should apply now.
