Tax Associate | Growing US Law Firm Office

I'm seeking a mid-level Tax Associate to join the growing office of a US law firm in London. The firm can offer excellent exposure to high quality work and strong prospects for progression.

The firm is a long established US law firm with an excellent reputation in the States. It has had a London office for a number of years and can offer services across a range of practice areas but is now looking to grow a little more aggressively.

The Tax team is small and so you could be the recipient of a lot of time spent working directly with the Partners. The work is high quality and includes advising on domestic and international tax treatment and structuring of financing transactions including mergers, acquisitions, private equity funds, joint ventures and more.

The successful candidate for this Tax Associate position must:

• Have an excellent academic record (min 2.1 in LLB or equiv)
• Be UK qualified having trained at a reputable law firm
• Have 2-4 years' PQE in a highly regarded Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm
