Corporate/M&A Associate 3+ PQE

This Top 50 City firm are seeking a 3+ PQE Corporate/M&A Solicitor to join their London Practice.

The firm works with a broad range of industry sectors, including construction, education and health, leisure, charities, engineering and surveying, banking and financial services, and high net worth individuals.

The corporate department is an impressive team with a strong reputation for providing a versatile services to a range of clients, including  private and public companies, both domestic and international, as well as high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs in the property, financial and commercial sectors.  The team advise on the broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate finance, IPO’s, private equity, corporate governance etc.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise clients across a range of sectors, on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, however the predominant focus will be on M&A.

The role will involve an interesting range of corporate and commercial work, including advising on private company acquisitions/disposals, private company reorganisations and intra-group transfers, advising on joint venture shareholders’ agreements, advising on general corporate/governance matters, and advising on day-to-day corporate and commercial queries from clients.

You will have an excellent academic record, and will have gained strong experience within a top City firm.  You should have gained at least 3 years’ post qualification experience to be considered for this role.  Candidates with an excellent commercial awareness, in addition to a pro-active, hard-working and flexible approach should apply now.
