Contracts Manager
The ideal candidate for this role must have extensive experience in;
- Review all types of legal contracts, especially in the negotiating and drafting of complex software contracts.
- 7 or more years experience as a contracts manager negotiating software licensing, SaaS and vendor agreements on the sell side of a business
- Negotiating and drafting customer-facing outbound revenue generating agreements and inbound vendor agreements.
To be successful you have several years experience in the contracts management space within a software business.
You will have a flexible and pragmatic approach, be able to work effectively on your own, coupled with demonstrable experience working with senior, cross-functional stakeholders.
