The Data Protection practice has a depth of experience and supports clients across the broad range of Data Protection issues, including providing advice on data acquisition, exploitation, security and breach, disposal and retention.  This is a unique opportunity to work with fast moving and technology clients, in a pragmatic, flexible and unique environment.  The role offers genuine career progression for those who want to contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record, and will have gained at least 3 years’ post qualification experience within a highly regarded Data Protection practice.  You will have had strong experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements containing data protection clauses, and in addition, you should be able to evidence a genuine enthusiasm in Data Protection Law.
