A highly regarded commercial practice with offices in strategic locations, our client is staffed by expert lawyers with a range of international expertise. Offering innovative, practical solutions and working in a collaborative manner, they provide tailored advice in order to meet client’s needs. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now seeking an additional Solicitor for their Corporate team in Dubai.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Corporate Solicitor to join our clients’ leading practice in Dubai. Becoming part of a specialist team handling high quality, domestic and international matters, the successful Solicitor will enjoy a diverse caseload including: mergers and acquisitions; intellectual property; franchising and commercial agreements; company formation; corporate restructuring and; general commercial advice. In addition, the ideal Solicitor will also participate in business development activities for the department.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Corporate department.
You must have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise to include international transactional and advisory work.
You must have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level.
You will be commercially aware with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
You will be a driven team player with strong organisational skills.
