Unusual position within a leading off-shore firm for an ambitious Senior Arbitration Solicitor.
A highly regarded commercial practice with offices in strategic locations, our client is staffed by expert lawyers with a range of international expertise. Offering innovative, practical solutions and working in a collaborative manner, they provide tailored advice in order to meet client’s needs. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now seeking an additional Solicitor for their Arbitration team in Dubai.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Senior Arbitration Solicitor to join our clients’ leading practice. Coming from a similar background, ideally with experience in a highly-regarded City, national or regional practice; the successful Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, predominantly for multi-national corporations, focusing on arbitrations in the DIAC and other international arbitration tribunals. Additional involvement in business development will form an essential part of the position.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you must:
Be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Litigation / Arbitration department;
You will have excellent technical skills with a broad range of expertise including all forms of ADR;
You must have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level;
You will be commercially aware with first class interpersonal skills across all levels;
You will be a driven team player with strong organisational skills.
