Childcare Solicitors required to join a Local Authority based in the West Midlands for an initial period of 3 months

A Local Authority based in the West Midlands is currently recruiting a Childcare Lawyer to join a large and experienced team on a locum basis.

Take advantage of this exciting opportunity to work as part of a friendly Childcare team within a well-respected Local Authority.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake a workload of managing childcare matters, with duties that may include:

• ICO's
• ISO's
• EPO's
• Care Orders
• Supervision Orders

This widely regarded and popular Local Authority is centrally located and thus easily accessible from throughout the Midlands and further afield via either car or public transport.

While previous experience working within local government is desirable, qualified solicitors from a private practice background will definitely be considered.

The positions are on a full time basis and the rate is dependent on experience.
