This global Financial Services institution is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer.
In this role, you will largely carry out corporate, M&A, joint venture and other transactional work, support the legal department on new business and product development, cross-jurisdictional issues and business development as well as advise on a broad range of commercial matters.
You will have trained/worked at a top City law firm and have an understanding of the financial services sector - minimum of 5 years' experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to work autonomously within a friendly and supportive team in a fast-moving environment.
