Head of Legal, Denmark
OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a key global player within the building materials market who are currently looking for a Head of Legal to join them at their offices in Stockholm, Sweden.
THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for Management, daily support, guidance and advice and the development of one Legal Counsel. Providing support to the General Counsel and Nordics. Legal and commercial advice to the business unit, outsourcing of legal advice, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts, managing litigation, compliance and training and risk strategy execution.
You will be a qualified European lawyer with over 12 years of post qualification experience gained in an In House environment or mixture of both Private Practice and In house experience with strong experience within the Nordic market. You will be fluent in both Swedish and English.
