Paralegal - chance to train as a specialist paralegal

This role will suit you if you have an interest in progressing your career within Company Commercial law.  You will need to have some knowledge already of the Companies Act 2006 and basic corporate governance requirements but you will also be able to undertake further training in company secretarial/corporate governance for example qualifying as a CLT Specialist Paralegal in Company Law; ICSA Company Secretarial Practice which will be funded by this law firm.

Your duties will include acting as an administrator for the firm’s registered office/SAIL address service, carrying out company searches, assisting with providing management company handover service, providing assistance with statutory register write ups and providing due diligence assistance to the department.
