A long established leading defendant insurance firm based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, in line with their growth and ongoing development, is seeking an experienced RTA Legal Executive to join on a 12 months' fixed term contract.
As an RTA Legal Executive, you will effectively and efficiently manage a purely litigated caseload of defendant RTA motor claims, from inception to settlement/trail. You will also be responsible for a defendant litigated fast track Motor/RTA caseload, which you will handle with complete autonomy.
The team offers full support and further training as and when necessary, but you will have in excess of 12 months' experience in handling litigated RTA claims. Equal consideration will be given to candidates from a claimant or defendant background.
The successful RTA Legal Executive will be rewarded with a salary (guideline up to £30,000), in line with previous experience, and additional benefits.
