Defendant EL/PL Paralegal
Liverpool
A fantastic opportunity exists for an ambitious Paralegal/Fee Earner to join our clients' outstanding defendant EL/PL team. Operating from the city centre, the firm is perhaps the leading private practice in Liverpool, and boasts a reputation which is second to none.
The EL/PL team deals with a number of corporate clients (Insurers, Brokers, Loss Adjusters, etc) across a variety of sectors, and the role will see you handling a caseload of predominantly litigated fast track EL/PL cases for the firm's major client, as well as some simpler multi track matters. You will also be assisting a well experienced partner on their caseload of more complex multi track EL/PL claims.
You will be an integral part of defending and repudiating each claim, and will be involved at all stages of the process. You should have previous experience in handling/assisting on litigated defendant EL/PL matters (minimum of 12 months' experience). However, those candidates with excellent litigated claimant EL/PL experience are also encouraged to apply and will be given equal consideration.
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary (guideline, to £23k), based on previous experience, and an extensive range of additional benefits.
