Employment Law Solicitor

This modern law firm require an experienced Employment Law solicitor.  The ideal candidate will be 8 years + PQE, commercially minded and have the technical and communication skills required to provide the highest level of client service. You will be able to advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters to our mixed base of predominately corporate but also private clients.  Candidates with expertise in advising on TUPE matters and post termination restrictions, including representing clients in High Court injunction application proceedings, would be at an advantage.

You must demonstrate excellent skills in business development using insight to pro-actively market the firms services  to further grow the employment department.
