Our clients are a market leading firm of Personal Injury specialists with over 20 years of service. Based in West Lancashire, they are ideally located close to major motorway networks and public transport links. Due to continued growth and team expansion, they are seeking an experienced Personal Injury solicitor/fee earner to join their successful team
The Role
EL/PL Technical Free Earner, Managing a caseload from start to finish and to include the litigation process.
The Candidate
You will have a strong litigation background with counter claims experience. Ideally you will be 2 years PQE and experienced in running a litigated claimant caseload, you will have a good working knowledge of and all relevant regulations and case law. This role would suit individuals who are self-sufficient.
Salary for this role is dependant on experience
