An exciting opportunity for an NQ Employment Solicitor to join an well-established law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. My client is seeking a passionate individual who is organised, self-motivated and wants to prove their ability in a challenging and rewarding environment.

The position of Employment Solicitor (NQ+) requires an individual with a thorough technical grounding in a good range of employment law issues ranging from drafting and negotiating compromise agreements; handling straightforward tribunal claims and supporting on more complex ones; advising on Employment Relations issues; transactional support - due diligence, drafting and negotiating warranties and indemnities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor seeking to advance their career whilst building their name and reputation as well as the name and reputation of the Firm. The candidate must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and dependable.
