Environment & Planning Lawyer:
We are currently working with a leading international law firm that is looking to take on an experienced Environment & Planning Lawyer on a 12 month fixed term contract, with scope to go permanent.
The team you would be joining has a particular focus on large energy projects and property development as well as advising on environmental disputes. You will be getting involved in a wide range of transactions, advisory and litigious work and your responsibilities will include the following:
- Drafting agreements in relation to large scale renewable energy projects
- Advising on environmental legislation
- Advising clients on health and safety regulations
- Negotiation of environmental warranties and indemnities
- Assisting client from start of the planning process to the finish
A suitable candidate will have trained at a leading city or U.S. firm and have upwards of 1 PQE* and will have gained experience working with major corporations and advising on their environmental matters.
