Real Estate Lawyer 2-4 PQE

Your new company
A commercial law firm who act for a range of organisations including commercial clients, local authorities and central government bodies. Due to the continued success of the firm's commercial's property department, the firm are keen to recruit a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join their practice.


Your new role
You will join the firm's busy and successful Commercial Property department working on a variety of property transactions including compulsory purchase, development agreements, right to buy, the sale and purchase of commercial property, landlord and tenant law. The department also works on procurement projects including PFI and PPP projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a technically strong lawyer with excellent experience dealing with the above matters within the property space , gained in a leading practice
You will be tactically astute, handle a varied workload efficiently and be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales
