Construction Lawyer - Mid Level
An award winning UK Law Firm are looking for a sparky Construction Lawyer to join their small and responsive team, based in their upscale London offices. The firm are distinguished from their competitors for their approachable lawyers and professional, commercial and friendly approach. Realistic and transparent progression opportunities are available for candidates, particular those with exemplary client skills.
You will work closely with two Partners and personally build working relationships with clients of the most senior level. You will advise on all aspects of the structuring, drafting and negotiation of construction documentation on behalf of developers, banks, occupiers, project owners and professional consultants.
Due to the Partner's glowing reputation in the market, they are often involved in some of the most high profile and prestigious projects. With the nature of a small team, you will have a great deal of autonomy with clients and therefore must be confident in a client-facing environment.
Ideal candidate;
- Minimum 3 years PQE within a recognised Construction team
- Ability to work with a degree of autonomy, whilst also side by side market leading Partners
- Confident in a client-facing environment
