Patent Litigation
This leading international law firm are a leading light in Intellectual Property and Patent Litigation. The team work with global players who are looking to their brand and innovations to drive revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intellectual Property Lawyer to join a leading team and progress their legal career on a market leading platform.
Due to expansion of the practice and an increase in client demand, they are in need of an experienced lawyer to focus on patent litigation, predominantly in the Technology sector. This person will advise on patent infringement and on strategies and negotiations for the licensing of patents and patents portfolios. There is also scope for this person to drift into cybersecurity, if this is of interest.
Ideally you will have;
- 2-6 years PQE
- An engineering, electronics or computer science background/degree
- Experience working in a highly regarded IP team
- A strong commercial and dynamic skill set.
