Conveyancing Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee earner to join a leading firm in the Warwickshire County. This role is a full time permanent position and will suit a fee earner with a minimum of 6 months experience, however this length of experience is only a guideline and Paralegal's, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers are all welcome to apply.

You will have experience in dealing with the entire conveyancing process and will be comfortable with dealing with high volumes of cases. The successful candidate will have experience in checking legal title to all freehold and lease hold transactions and will possess a proven track record for winning and servicing new introducers and clients. Candidates will be able to meet targets as part of monthly objectives; will be self-reliant and confident.
