Senior Real Estate PSL

Rare opportunity to move in to a senior property PSL role managing professional support for a well regarded international practice group. To suit a senior lawyer / PSL with a track record of developing ideas at a strategic level.

THE ROLE

The main focus of the role is to develop innovative ways of using knowledge to enhance the brand of the group, including developing new and existing client relationships and identifying business growth opportunities. Duties may include training, deal debriefs, drafting or reviewing standard forms and documents and allocating tasks to colleagues.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

This role requires the experience of a senior real estate lawyer / PSL with a deep understanding of the international real estate sector and its clients. Previous PSL experience is highly desirable but not essential. You will need to demonstrate experience of training, managing and leading people and projects and a familiarity with KM technology. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must and the ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to take difficult decisions.
